Our Community’s Vision:
All property owners within Falcon’s Lair Subdivision have a common goal and interest – to maintain and protect property values and maintain an attractive, friendly, harmonious neighborhood for all to enjoy. Aesthetics are an important part of that goal. The Covenants recognize that and specifically incorporate aesthetics in its provisions. (Falcon’s Lair Covenants, Article IX, Section 1. (d)(2) This can be accomplished by:
- Acknowledging the overall impact of a house design that involves considerations of taste and judgment which cannot be reduced to measurable standards such as square footage, setbacks, roof pitch or other similar items.
- Following the Rules and Regulations that are set forth by the ARB in accordance of the Falcon’s Lair CSA Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions. (You can access a copy of the Covenants here.)
- Complying with the steps and procedures to get prior approval on any “alteration, repair, improvement, changes in paint color, excavation, changes in grade, or other work which in any way alters the exterior of any property or the improvements thereon” (Covenants, Article VII, Section 3.)
