Online Payments

The Treasurer is researching various ways to offer property owners the option of payment of annual dues online. The biggest obstacle is the balance of convenience to the membership with keeping costs to a minimum. One avenue that is being looked into is using an online money transfer site like Venmo or Zelle, our bank currently uses Zelle. All changes to our business banking account profile require going through an approval process with Oconee Federal which is taking some time. The Treasurer will send an email when a payment option is established.

Fire Hydrants

The Board is actively working with Walhalla Water Department, Oconee County Emergency Management, Oconee County Planning, and the Oconee County Commissioners’ Office. We are trying to define the process, requirements, and potential costs within the County Administration to add hydrants to our neighborhood.
