The Treasurer is researching various ways to offer property owners the option of payment of annual dues online. The biggest obstacle is the balance of convenience to the membership with keeping costs to a minimum. One avenue that is being looked into is using an online money transfer site like Venmo or Zelle, our bank currently uses Zelle. All changes to our business banking account profile require going through an approval process with Oconee Federal which is taking some time. The Treasurer will send an email when a payment option is established.

Community Playground
In the near future the Board would like to meet with the community members and discuss the acquisition of a lot to develop into a community playground and common area. The discussion and potential decision will be a community-wide effort.
Construction Parking on Streets
It is within a property owner’s right to stop and ask a contractor to move work and construction vehicles onto the construction site and off our private roads. If you don’t have time to do so, please contact the board via email with the address, day and time and one of us will follow up with the contractor.
Fire Hydrants
The Board is actively working with Walhalla Water Department, Oconee County Emergency Management, Oconee County Planning, and the Oconee County Commissioners’ Office. We are trying to define the process, requirements, and potential costs within the County Administration to add hydrants to our neighborhood.
Nuisance Dogs

- Board will investigate and send violation letter to owner if needed.
